UK

Electronic money accounts and financial services are provided by Adyen N.V. London Branch, authorised by the Prudential Regulatory Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for issuance of electronic money (FRN 779800). Electronic money is not a deposit and therefore not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

EU

Business accounts and financial services are provided by Adyen N.V., trading as Adyen, which is authorised by De Nederlandsche Bank in the Netherlands and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for consumer protection rules. In the EU, Adyen N.V. is also registered with the Dutch deposit guarantee scheme register and eligible funds up to EUR 100,000 are legally protected by the Dutch deposit guarantee scheme.

TL Virtual Cards

Virtual cards are issued by Adyen N.V and Adyen N.V. London Branch, pursuant to a license from Visa Europe Limited.
